By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility: Lubhe's activities include physical exercise and guided outdoor excursions. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in suitable physical and mental health to take part. By registering, you confirm that you do not suffer from any psychiatric, cardiovascular or other medical condition that would make participation in activities involving significant physical or emotional intensity inadvisable. Participation is undertaken at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lubhe accepts no liability for any physical or psychological injury arising from participation in, or as a consequence of, its activities.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to treat teachers, staff, the hosting venue and fellow participants with courtesy and respect, contributing to a safe and harmonious group environment. Lubhe reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour seriously disrupts the group or compromises the well-being of others. In such cases, no refund will be due.
Cancellation & Refunds: Refund requests will be considered in cases where participation becomes impossible for serious reasons and may require supporting documentation. Where approved, refunds will be issued as follows:
100% of the participation fee for cancellations made up to three months (90 days) before the event begins.
50% of the participation fee for cancellations made up to three weeks (21 days) before the event begins.
No refunds can be issued after that time.
Privacy & Confidentiality: Lubhe is committed to protecting the privacy of its participants. Personal information collected through this website in connection with event registrations or newsletter subscriptions is used solely for administrative purposes and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Participants are also expected to respect the privacy of others. Any personal information, experiences or private matters shared during activities must be treated as strictly confidential.
Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay. Participants are encouraged to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these providers for further information on how their personal data is processed.
Travel Expenses: Travel to and from the event venue is the sole responsibility of each participant.
