ABOUT US
LUBHE is a school of Tantra Yoga with a contemporary approach, dedicated to developing the whole person’s well-being.
The name LUBHE is inspired by the Sanskrit root ‘lubh-’, to which many familiar words are related: liberty and its variations (liberté, libertà, etc.), the Latin libido (as in the expression ad libitum, hence our motto ‘Life at Will’), the German Liebe and, what else… Ah, the English word love!
What makes this ancient root so remarkable is that it embraces two powerful ideas at once: freedom and desire.
Most spiritual traditions have tended to regard these principles as opposites—even sworn enemies.
Tantra may well be the only path that glimpses the harmony beyond their apparent opposition.
Lubhe is led and founded by Gabriele Del Monte.
