UPCOMING RETREATS AND EVENTS
Throughout the year, Lubhe offers a range of Tantra Yoga events and residential experiences.
Our retreats last from three to seven days and take place on a monthly basis. Activities are primarily held at the hosting venue, which provides participants with accommodation and meals throughout their stay.
Most retreats include excursions outside the main venue in order to practice meditation in the surrounding nature.
To support those who wish to deepen and progress along the Tantric path, Lubhe retreats are organised into five levels:
Level I retreats are open to everyone, provided participants are in good physical and psychological health.
Level II retreats are open to those who have already attended at least one Level I event, or who have previous experience in Yoga and/or Tantra (following a personal conversation with us).
Level III–V retreats are reserved for participants who have already completed the previous levels of Lubhe events.
That said, every Lubhe event and retreat is a unique and unrepeatable experience, offering the opportunity to discover the special energy created by each particular group of participants.
Furthermore, the nature of our work often invites us to move beyond a predetermined programme and allow ourselves to be guided by the inspiration of the moment. For this reason, attending more than one retreat at the same level is not only welcome but strongly encouraged.
